I asked AI what it wanted me to draw for it, then I did it.
This started as an experiment.
I asked ChatGPT what it wanted me to draw. The only constraints were — at least initially — to ask me to draw abstract or figurative art only.
In short, I thought it could be interesting to reverse the roles: it on the human side and me on the machine side.
After asking it what style it wanted it in and realizing that it couldn't say exactly what it wanted, I decided to make five paintings in the style of:
1. Tinguely
2. Tancredi Parmiggiani
3. Motherwell
5. Giuseppe Capogrossi
